We ship mostly all the models except the models can not be shipped due to their size or weight and they are only available for local pickup.  We do not ship to PO boxes. We only ship to billing address.

How long does it take to get my order? 

Most items are shipped out within 5 - 7 business days

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused, not assembled, not installed items in the original package within 30 days of delivery. We'll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). No refunds or exchange will be made after 30 days.

The customer will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected the item for damage. The customer should expect to receive refund less shipping fee.

To initiate the return process, send us e-mail by fill out the form in Contact Us, provide us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Damages

Unfortunately fragile items can be damaged during the shipping. If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts the customer should notify us within 3 -5 days of receipt of the item(s) and provide us the photos of all damaged items. We will arrange a replacement of the damaged item.

Any item damaged during return shipment is the buyer’s responsibility. When returning item(s) it is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product in the original box with sufficient packaging material to protect the product. For the return item received damaged no replacement or refund will be issued.
