We ship mostly all the models except the models can not be shipped due to their size or weight and they are only available for local pickup or delivery. For the orders containing 3 or more items - please send us your order details and we will provide you with the best shipping quote.
How long does it take to get my order?
When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Once your product has shipped, you will receive your order status update email confirming the shipment of your goods with the tracking information. We shipped the orders by FedEx, UPS, Canada Post within 3 -5 business days. Estimated shipping and delivery time will vary based on your location.
We ship to USA. We do not ship to USA PO boxes.
We will ill provide you with a tracking number by email as soon as the goods are shipped. Once your product has shipped, you will receive an order status update email confirming the shipment of your goods with the tracking information. You can track your package with this tracking number on FedEx, UPS, Canada Post websites to see the status of your order.
You may return new, unused, not assembled, not installed items in the original package within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returned goods must be free of scratches or any other defects. Clearance items are not eligible for return. We'll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). For all other return shipments, the return shipping cost must be paid for by the customer. The customer will be refunded once we have received the returned item and inspected it for damage. No refunds or exchange will be made after 30 days.
To initiate the return process, send us e-mail by fill out the form in Contact Us, provide us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Clearance items are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately fragile items can be damaged during the shipping. If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts the customer should notify us within 3 -5 days of receipt of the item(s) and provide us the photos of all damaged items. We will arrange a replacement of the damaged item.
Any item damaged during return shipment is the buyer’s responsibility. When returning item(s) it is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product in the original box with sufficient packaging material to protect the product. For the return item received damaged no replacement or refund will be issued.
