You can dust your crystal chandelier once a week to keep it from having deep clean. Turn off the power. Combine one part of vinegar with three parts of water in a spray bottle. Put cotton gloves on and spray solution on the crystal parts. Then wipe crystals with a clean microfiber cloth. Vinegar will add a shine to the crystals and gloves will prevent any fingerprints.
